During his tenure at Washburn School of Law\, Mr. Sexton was recognized and awarded for numerous competitions.\nMr. Sexton was admitted to the Kansas Bar and to practice before U.S. District Court\, District of Kansas\, in 2003. From the outset\, Mr. Sexton’s work has been focused in the areas of retirement benefits\, long-term care\, and senior/estate planning. In the fall of 2009\, he founded The Law Office of Scott W. Sexton.\nThe Law Office of Scott W. Sexton practices primarily in the area of estate and long-term care planning\, however\, he offers planning services for clients of all means and ages.\nMr. Sexton is a frequent public speaker on the topics of benefit planning\, elder law\, and VA benefits.
