The Kansas Art Guild Art Exhibit

April 6th – May 30th

The Kansas Art Guild’s goal is not for profit, but to carry out educational programs for the benefit of its members and to offer encouragement in the arts to all ages. The Guild began at Friends University in 1977 to provide a place for artists to meet and share ideas. As it grew, it moved to the Wichita Art
Museum. When the Wichita Art Museum underwent renovation, the Guild moved to the Wichita Center for the Arts, then in January, 2018 they moved to the newly constructed Mark Arts|Mary R Koch Arts Center, its present location.
Regular meetings are held at 1:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month at Mark Arts in Wichita, Kansas. Members share their recent works which are judged by visiting speakers. The Guild also holds exhibitions at several locations in the area throughout the year.
To purchase art, contact Sharyl Dorsey in the Business Center or Carlene Williams at 207-3878.
