Senior Assisted Living Cost By Room At Larksfield Place:
We accept direct admissions from the greater community. A $1,500 non-refundable Community Fee will be due at move-in. Assisted Living cost is dependent on accommodations and living quarters preference.

- All utilities paid (including Essential cable package and internet) except telephone

Coordination of services provides residents with high-quality care, safety and security in an intimate residential setting. Staff engagement is our premise for a supportive environment for those who reside permanently and our short-stay residents who will be transitioning back home.
