Understanding Levels of Services & Care

How Should I Guide Them At This Time?

From independent residential living to nursing care, our Life Plan Community offers different levels of healthcare based on the needs of each resident and guest. If you’re wondering what level of care would be best suited for a loved one, then you’ve come to the right place.

There are many levels of care available when caring for loved ones or planning for your retirement. While planning for the later stages of retirement can be overwhelming, learning about options is not with Larksfield.

No matter what stage of planning you are in we want to help alleviate worries and concerns about levels of care by educating and sharing our knowledge of what makes for a great retirement with you.

Start Learning Options For Senior Care

For seniors 62 and above who are self-sufficient but want convenient access to amenities, assistance when needed, and maintenance-free living.

  • They are fully independent
  • They want to participate in activities and have top tier amenities
  • They need an active lifestyle for a better quality of life
  • They want secure maintenance-free living

Assisted living is for seniors who value their independence but also need assistance with daily activities. We provide assisted living to facilitate independence, not dependence.

  • They need assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication, etc.
  • They still want the option to live a healthy and active lifestyle
  • They no longer want the burden of home ownership
  • They want convenient access to assistance 24/7

Our health center provides skilled nursing to people with chronic illnesses who can no longer live independently.

Our award-winning comprehensive rehabilitation services are offered both inpatient and outpatient. Our rehabilitation services include physical, occupational, and speech-language programs. Rehabilitation services are excellent for people of all ages, whether playing a sport or rebuilding a skill for everyday life.

  • They’re recovering from an injury
  • They need to rebuild skills for everyday life

Transitional care is for seniors who have been discharged from a hospital or skilled nursing stay and aren’t quite ready to go home.

  • They’re recovering from a surgery or illness and shouldn’t be alone
  • They need attentive care to prevent readmissions to the hospital

Respite care is designed to give primary caregivers short-term relief. It is short-term care for hours, days, or even weeks.

Their primary caregiver is traveling or needs a break.
